This error message is generated by Windows® and indicates that the program being executed is not a valid 32-bit application. The troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue vary depending on where the software was received from:
If the software is being installed from a CD try the troubleshooting steps below:
1) Verify that the CD is clean and free of dust and fingerprints.
2) If possible try the CD in a different disk drive.
3) If the troubleshooting steps above do not resolve your issue next download the software from the Texas Instruments website.
If the software was downloaded from the Texas Instruments website try the troubleshooting steps below:
1) Delete the file you have downloaded and re-download the software from the Texas Instruments website.
2) If the above does not work you may need to clear out your web browsers cache/temporary internet files by following the steps below:

After your clear your web browsers cache/temporary internet files re-download the software from the Texas Instruments website.
