How can I upgrade my current TI-SmartView for the TI-84 Plus Family (v4.0) Single Perpetual License to the TI-SmartView™ CE Emulator Software for the TI-84 Plus Family License?
Please be advised this license type is discontinued and your current software will no longer be updated. Converting to a new, account-based license is recommended. In most cases you can receive an equivalent subscription length free of charge by contacting TI-Cares.
Existing TI-SmartView™ for the TI-84 Plus Family software (v4.0) customers are entitled to a free upgrade to TI-SmartView™ CE.
To upgrade, please follow the guidelines below:
Contact TI-Cares to receive a new TI-SmartView™ CE emulator account-based license activation key upon proof of ownership of TI-SmartView for the TI-84 Plus Family (v4.0).
Proof of ownership includes:
• The 31-character license for the TI-SmartView for the TI-84 Plus Family (v4.0)
• The email address that was entered when first activated
• Proof of Purchase/Receipt
