Workshop overview

This workshop introduces the basics of Python coding principles including logic, selection statements and loops. Participants will expand their learning by using the TI-Innovator™ Hub and TI‑Innovator™ Rover to further engage students in coding and STEM applications.

Building upon the lessons taken from TI’s 10 Minutes of Code activities, the workshop shows participants how to use the TI-Innovator™ Hub and its built-in light and sound sensors, as well as how to control the Rover using either a TI-84 Plus CE Python or TI-Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator. The coding applications covered will be connected to concepts in math and science.

Pricing and technology options

$350 — Workshop registration includes the following TI technology package:

  • TI-Nspire™ CX II CAS graphing calculator, TI-Nspire™ CX Premium Teacher Software, TI-Innovator™ Hub, TI-Innovator™ Rover

Note: Should the workshop need to be canceled, registration fees will be refunded in full.
